Meet the Team The Meraki Support Operations Team is a dedicated group of customer-focused problem solvers committed to delivering high-quality support for our rapidly expanding customer base. We primarily manage non-technical support cases, tackling a variety of complex issues that require deep investigation and critical thinking. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your Impact
As a Support Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of customer cases from creation to resolution, ensuring concerns are thoroughly addressed in a timely manner. You will provide essential guidance to customers and partners on licensing, orders, and administrative tasks, utilizing your expertise in customer support and customer service. By leveraging collaborative communication, you will partner with Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary. Your strong problem-solving and account management skills will help you build meaningful relationships and ensure thorough follow-through on all commitments. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to drive process improvement and utilize your acquired knowledge to suggest, edit, and write in-depth knowledge base management articles, continuously enhancing the customer experience and growing with our team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or 1-3 years equivalent related work experience in a customer service role. Experience in customer support or a related field, with a focus on addressing non-technical issues and responding to customer service inquiries. Demonstrated ability to learn new products and internal tools to effectively support customers and partners. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer cases and address administrative tasks. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with third parties, partners, and customers.

Proven ability to proactively use feedback and data insights to continuously enhance technical skills and adapt to changes.
