Work you’ll do As a Senior Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for: Leading complex Finance Operate engagements across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis, and other finance domains. Advising senior finance leaders on operating models, service delivery strategies, process performance, and technology enablement to improve efficiency, control, and resilience. Owning end-to-end outcomes across transition, stabilization, and steady-state service delivery, including governance, quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, and onshore/offshore coordination. Designing and mobilizing finance managed services solutions, including business process as a service and, where applicable, application managed services models. Driving continuous transformation within the operate model through automation, analytics, AI, and reusable assets that improve cost to serve and insight. Shaping business development and practice growth through opportunity development, proposal support, client relationship building, and coaching junior professionals.
