Collaborate with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue.  You will oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our customers. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers.   As the Service Delivery Coordinator - Tubular Services, you will be responsible for: Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized. Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries. Acting as primary contact for clients for job preparation, execution and close out, will manage the relationship to ensure business success. Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash Being familiar client’s process for compliance/ escalation to ensure the proper process is followed if risk of not achieving objectives Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have at least 10 years' relevant experience in Oil and Gas or Energy industry Have at least 7 years’ supervisory experience with Tubular Services Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills Be able to interface with industry players, including international and local O&G operators Be willing to work in a remote environment Be flexible, stress resilient and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
