You'll troubleshoot and resolve complex, real-world technical issues for customers running SAP Data & Platform solutions — delivering fast, high-quality outcomes that directly shape the customer experience. You'll work across cloud and on-premise environments, applying structured problem-solving and growing technical knowledge to diagnose root causes and provide lasting resolutions. You'll collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams across solutions including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, and AI-powered tools — stepping into escalations, bridge calls, and live chat support as a trusted technical partner. You'll build expertise in enterprise software trusted by governments, global companies, and fast-growing organisations worldwide — and your work will directly influence customer satisfaction at scale. You'll contribute to our shared knowledge base, turning individual case resolutions into reusable solutions that help the broader team respond faster and smarter. You’ll support technologies including, but not limited to, ABAP Tools, Output Management, Data & Knowledge Management, Cloud Identity Services, Upgrades, Application Services, and Provisioning (URM/UCL).

What you bring

A strong technology affinity — you enjoy understanding how systems work, investigating what goes wrong, and finding clean solutions under pressure. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to customers and colleagues alike. A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and the confidence to work independently when needed. A collaborative mindset — you learn quickly, adapt well to change, and thrive in a diverse team environment. 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are warmly encouraged to apply. Programming or scripting knowledge is a plus (for example ABAP, Java, Python, or similar). A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is advantageous — but we welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds and career paths.
