Risk Manager, Trade Analytics, Global Trade Services

Amazon's Global Trade Services (GTS) organization owns, develops, and implements global policies, standards, solutions, and best practices for cross-border compliance. We partner with business and operations stakeholders to integrate trade requirements into upstream processes as preventative controls, mitigating downstream compliance risk before it materializes. We are seeking a Risk Manager with deep expertise in trade analytics, optimization, and trade instruments. You will quantify the business impact of evolving trade regulations and partner with teams to design operational frameworks that leverage trade mechanisms to reduce cost exposure while enabling their strategic objectives. Key job responsibilities - Translate the impacts of new trade guidelines, tariff changes, and regulatory developments into concrete, quantifiable business impact to Amazon - Develop end-to-end data traceability from sourcing through customs to fulfillment and financial reporting - Design scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and trade-off evaluation frameworks to support strategic trade decisions; surface risks and opportunities to leadership with exposure assessments and recommendations - Partner with business organizations to influence trade strategy and sourcing decisions
