Program manager: •Support Program / Project Managers on maintenance of project schedules, risks, issues, action items, and tool use. •Coordinate Project Management training program logistics. •Initiate workflow approval, execute revision management, and provide revision notifications to all stakeholders for control documents. •Assist with business process document maintenance and continuous improvement as needed. •Develop and maintain all capital Power Bi reports. •Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes. •Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items. •Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. •Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting dashboards. •Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and procurement activities. •Coordinate communication among project team members, vendors, and stakeholders. •Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion. •Identify potential project risks or roadblocks and escalate issues as needed. •Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies, policies, and procedures. •Assist with change management processes, including documenting scope changes and approvals. •Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related correspondence. •Support resource allocation and project onboarding activities. Education & Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or manufacturing discipline required. •Experience: 12 to 16 years •Working knowledge of project management software. •Self-motivated and independent thinker. •Strong written and oral communication skills. •Strong competency in customer focus (both internal and external) to ensure deliverables are met. •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and demonstrated ability to learn other business software. •Flexible working hours to align with key geographic regions. •Fluent in English.
