Senior Telesales Executive - Service

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Purpose: Responsible for selling and promoting our services over the phone to pre-identified potential customer in a specific geographic area. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Must be comfortable presenting services over the phone/online meeting as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Able to work well with internal team and meet or exceed sales target. Provide leadership and coaching to team members in terms of campaign execution, pipeline healthiness, value selling and CRM usage and discipline. Focus on outbound sales calls/campaign execution to potential customers to sell and promote our services. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals and other resources. Build rapport and establish a relationship with customer through active listening and effective communication. Effectively communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections, utilizing our group tools such as SET. SET Champion to promote usage among team. Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Collaborate with internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development. Provide leadership and support to team members for campaign status and pipeline healthiness. Lead and coach team member on complex customer solution offering. Have an understanding of service strategy and able to coordinate and execute tactical initiatives well. Taking charge of iBase data accuracy and regular data cleansing.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing role, preferably in industry sales field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellence communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships. Highly motivated, result driven and able to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Value selling and storytelling/ professional presentation skills. Able to work well with team member and supervise team member performance.
