Health & Biosciences: Channeling our passion for nature and bioscience into sustainable, life-enhancing technologies that power innovative solutions across healthcare, food, consumer and industrial markets.​ Where You'll Make a Difference • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accuracy and professionalism. • Provide product/service information and resolve basic customer issues or escalate when needed. • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information. • Support customer onboarding, follow‑ups, and satisfaction surveys. • Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure timely customer responses. • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested by management. • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records. • Support procurement activities such as requesting quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers. • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications. • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
