Sr Product Manager - Tech, ASP Strategy & Ops

AWS is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to define the product vision and strategy for the Migrations & Modernization analytics portfolio within AWS Specialist & Partner (ASP). As a strategic partner to Migrations & Modernization leadership, this role translates complex migration data into actionable products, drives reporting and AI strategy, and shapes the direction of data products that support migration program growth and revenue realization. The Sr. PM-T leads the end-to-end product lifecycle for the team's reporting, data, and AI-powered analytics products, developing and managing the roadmap to help field roles (Migration Advisors, CSMs, AMs, PSMs, PDMs, PCSMs, PMPs) increase program velocity and customer outcomes. Partners with stakeholder groups across Finance, GTM, Programs, and field teams to achieve operational excellence through product prioritization, adoption analytics, business reviews, and communicating product direction both verbally and in writing. As the analytics landscape evolves toward agentic AI, this role will be instrumental in shaping how the team builds and deploys AI-powered agents that augment field productivity and surface insights at the point of decision. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance product rigor with stakeholder partnership, translating data into product strategy while building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. A successful candidate is a strategic leader with strong technical and product instincts who understands end-to-end data product workflows (from data ingestion through dashboards and AI agents) and can make prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
