DePuy Synthes is recruiting for   a Payroll DPS Senior Supervisor located in Bogota, Colombia . The   Payroll DPS Senior Supervisor will   be responsible   for   delivering   timely ,   accurate , and compliant payroll   for designated   countries , ensuring adherence to global standards,   statutory requirements, internal controls, and service-level commitments .   T his role   will act   as the first level of payroll leadership, accountable for daily execution, team performance, service quality, and compliance.   This role will lead and provide guidance to a team of analysts and senior analysts in delivering payroll operations ,   projects , and/or audits , while   partnering with   third-party   vendor s   to   maintain   processes that support payroll administration .

Payroll   Operations & Administration     Manage   end ‑ to ‑ end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory and company requirements   Execute   payroll controls, approvals (including off ‑ cycle payments), reconciliations, payroll accounting entries, and statutory remittances   Act as an escalation point   f or payroll issues, discrepancies,   and employee or stakeholder concerns , ensuring effective resolution   and   timely   response   Establish &   maintain   the relationship with   selected   third-party   vendors , ensuring adherence to   service level agreements   and operational metrics   Collaborate   with   internal and external   stakeholders   to ensure a consistent and   accurate   flow of   data   within   the defined payroll processing   timelines .     Compliance, Controls & Documentation   Ensure execution of payroll activities   in accordance with   SOX   compliance , business controls,   federal, state, local and other   legislation s   or requirements   Lead /monitor   audit s   by   ensuring that   requested records and evidence   are provided   in a timely manner     Ensure regular r eview and   maintenance   of   payroll   operating
