We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead Procurement team. The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for JLL's build projects, developing and implementing strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage high-value contracts, lead a team of procurement professionals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing JLL's competitive advantage through innovative procurement practices, ultimately contributing to the company's local growth and profitability.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals  Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings  Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment  Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals  Analyze market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities  Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions  Implement and maintain procurement systems and technologies  Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities  Manage risk in the supply chain and develop contingency plans  Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes  Prepare and present reports on procurement performance to senior management  Participate in budget planning and forecasting related to procurement activities  Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement        Qualifications and Experience:   Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.  8-10 years of proven experience in the interior Fit-out industry, with at least 4-5 years in a similar role within a Design & Build firm is must.  Robust technical knowledge in both Construction & Interiors (C&I) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.  Experience in handling PAN India roles is mandatory.  Professional certifications: Such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).  Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.  Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management.  Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle , Jaggaer).  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.  Strong leadership and team management experience.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.  Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and
