You'll be a senior attorney supporting the Digital Pharmacies and Payer Relations Team and handle a wide range of issues affecting our pharmacies and their operations. Primary Responsibilities

Advise the Digital Pharmacies and Payer Relations Team Counsel on pharmacy product, operations and regulatory requirements Provide strategic legal counsel to business leadership regarding commercial, operational, and growth-oriented initiatives Lead the negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of complex commercial agreements, including strategic customer agreements, vendor agreements, technology arrangements, services agreements, data-related agreements, and other high-value transactions Advise senior business executives on legal, regulatory, operational, and reputational risks associated with strategic initiatives and transactions Support the pharmacies' 340B business Partner effectively with Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and other enterprise stakeholders Develop a deep understanding of business operations, strategic priorities, and industry dynamics to provide proactive and commercially focused legal advice Mentor and support other attorneys and legal professionals as appropriate Collaborate with senior legal leaders and business executives to develop practical solutions that appropriately balance risk and business objectives You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree Current, active licensure within state of residence 8+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm and/or inhouse corporate setting Significant contract negotiation experience Experience supporting and assessing large transactions and acquisitions Familiarity with healthcare and pharmacy law Familiarity with the Federal False Claims Act and Federal Anti-Kickback Statute Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven solid work ethic Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented workplace Proven ability to prioritize and work effectively under time constraints Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with superiors, peers, subordinates, and external company contacts Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for projects Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant legal experience in health care with experience in pharmacy law and 340B Experience providing strategic legal advice directly to business executives Demonstrated understanding of business problems related to assigned legal projects
