As a Performance Excellence Engineer , you will lead the plant’s continuous improvement project portfolio, ensuring the effective use of methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, and other problem-solving tools to support strategic business goals. This role is key to delivering annual cost reduction results, improving manufacturing performance, and building a strong culture of operational excellence across the site. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the site’s continuous improvement and cost reduction project portfolio to support business and operational goals Coach project leaders and cross-functional teams in the use of Lean, DMAIC, and other improvement methodologies to ensure successful project execution Develop and deliver training, workshops, and guidance that strengthen continuous improvement capabilities across the plant Analyze manufacturing cost drivers and create dashboards and Power BI reports to track, communicate, and accelerate performance improvements
Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean Engineering, Data Analysis Engineering, Project Management Engineering, or a similar manufacturing improvement role Strong experience leading or supporting continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives in a manufacturing environment Solid knowledge of manufacturing systems, production processes, and cost drivers such as material, labor, and overhead Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear dashboards and visual reports using Power BI Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead meetings and present technical information in English Proven leadership, change management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams What we offer?
