We’re looking for a Unit Claims Manager, Property Claims Specialists/Appraisal , to join our growing team! As a leader in this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the relationship with our vendor network and overseeing the integrity and accuracy of property damage estimates to ensure a seamless claims process. This opportunity can be based out of any of the following Ontario offices:  Ajax, London, Mississauga, Ottawa or Toronto. What you'll do here:       Lead, coach and mentor a mix of Property Claims Specialists and/or Major Loss Appraisers fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture to achieve team and organizational goals. Build strong collaborative relationships with internal appraisers and external vendors to ensure that estimates are detailed and comply with regulatory requirements, company policies and industry standards. Identify opportunities for streamlining appraisal workflows, improving estimate accuracy, and enhancing overall claims efficiency. Drive initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve the customer experience. Focus on ensuring vendors provide high-quality service supporting positive outcomes for customers and maintaining satisfaction throughout the vendor’s involvement. Effectively identify and develop talent, demonstrate strong performance management within your team. Work closely with vendor managers, claims adjusters, and property leadership to ensure that appraisals, estimates, and repair timelines align with department objectives. Track and evaluate vendor and team performance through data-driven analysis, reporting on trends to senior leadership. What you bring to the table: University degree, College diploma or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role Strong Leadership, coaching and career development experience Proven ability to collaborate and influence diverse groups. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comprehensive knowledge of the disaster restoration industry, including; mitigation
