Setting up and arranging conference rooms according to customer requests Responsible for inventory management and logistics of banquet, catering, and F&B supplies Ensuring order, cleanliness, and organization in all storage areas Checking incoming goods for completeness and quality Issuing and collecting rental and event equipment Working closely with banquet, events, kitchen, stewarding, and other F&B departments Coordinating and developing a standardized warehouse and inventory management system Conducting regular inspection rounds in warehouse, kitchen, and event areas Delivering customer orders and transporting catering and event equipment Participation in training sessions, meetings, and relevant informational events Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the departments involved Driving company vehicles in compliance with applicable traffic regulations
