The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle.

We are seeking a Product Manager to shape Capital One’s enterprise strategy for unstructured document data. As AI and GenAI transform how we leverage information, this role will lead the shift from passive document management to active, intelligent data products. You will build and implement the framework that makes document data consumable, auditable, and well-governed across the company. By bridging the gap between product strategy, enterprise governance, and AI execution, you will empower downstream teams and models to seamlessly extract value from our document ecosystem. What you’ll do: Lead use case discovery across enterprise stakeholders to uncover high-impact needs, evaluate business opportunities, and define the initial MVP for unstructured document data Define the overarching strategy and roadmap for how unstructured document data is modeled, governed, and productized across the enterprise Design and deliver robust data products, access frameworks, and integration patterns that enable internal teams and AI applications to easily consume document data Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex business needs into a clear technical roadmap that balances immediate delivery with long-term value Deeply understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions Define go-to-market strategies for new use cases and capabilities, ensuring proper monitoring, socialization, and alignment are in place Capital One Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product Management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks  Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Basic Qualifications: Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:  A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing   OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience    Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
