Regulatory Affairs Intern Opportunities | Bogotá We are currently offering two (2) internship positions within our Regulatory Affairs team .
This posting includes two similar roles with a shared focus on process optimization, data analysis, and regulatory operations support . By applying, you will be considered for one of the two positions , based on your profile and team needs.
About the Opportunities Position Cluster: Regulatory Affairs Intern These roles are ideal for students interested in process improvement, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will: Process Optimization & Innovation
Support process optimization and automation initiatives within the Regulatory Affairs area Conduct process mapping to identify improvement opportunities Contribute to enhancing workflows, controls, and databases
Regulatory Operations Support
Assist with documentation consolidation and Invima dossier assembly Support daily operational and technical regulatory activities Help maintain accuracy and compliance in regulatory records
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports to support decision-making Ensure data consistency through cleaning and preprocessing tasks
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with multifunctional teams on joint projects across departments Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Who We Are Looking For We are seeking students who are:
Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering , or related fields Interested in regulatory processes, data, and continuous improvement Able to work collaboratively in a structured and detail-oriented environment
Required & Desired Skills Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to map, document, and communicate processes clearly
Desired
Skills in data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency Knowledge in programming, automation, or scripting Familiarity with database management concepts
