Program Manager, Disaster Case Management & Temporary Housing Remote, 50% Regional Travel | Mission-Driven Nonprofit Kerr, Kimble, Harris, Ft Bend, Galveston, Montgomery, Waller, and Brazoria Connective is seeking a Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and growth of Disaster Case Management & Temporary Housing programs . In this role, you'll manage day-to-day program operations, lead within that program scope, drive continuous improvement through ongoing partner engagement and data analysis, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flood-affected households in Kerr County, TX, access critical services efficiently and equitably. After the local Kerr County programmatic duties have concluded, you will transition to a core Program Manager supporting broader Connective programs, resource navigation systems, and operations as needed. Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in program, project, design management, or strategy roles, including end-to-end management of technology-enabled initiatives such as CRM implementations. 1-3 years of experience leading, supervising, or managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders. 1-3 years of experience working in a nonprofit, social services, or high-volume customer service environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate user needs into actionable recommendations for leadership. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to Connective’s mission of expanding equitable access to social services. Live within one of the following counties and willing to travel as needed. (Kerr, Kimble, Harris, Ft Bend, Galveston, Montgomery, Waller, and Brazoria).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience gathering, documenting, and translating end-user requirements into actionable process or technology solutions. Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleaning, organization, analysis, and reporting.
