R&D- Color Technician III

The R&D- Color Technician III position is primarily responsible for assisting the Color Formulation Team by preparing, weighing, spraying, and clear coating laboratory paint samples according to specified formulas to meet customer requirements, project requirements, and color lab goals. The R&D Color Technician III is required to master all essential skills of the position to rotate as needed without the loss of performance in any essential area of operations within the color lab. The R&D Color Technician III must also participate individually and /or in group team meetings, training, and other activities that are essential to the attainment of the team, site, and Company goals. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
