Job Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a global tech leader and gain invaluable experience through our 5- to 7-month Internship Program. You’ll step into a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment where code, data, and business strategy intersect, and where your ideas can ship to customers in real time. During your internship you will apply your technical and business know-how to live projects, build new skills alongside industry professionals, and shape the future of AI-ready compute solutions. Throughout the program you’ll receive regular training, one-to-one mentoring, and clear development goals, all in an open, collaborative culture that welcomes questions and celebrates innovation. Start Date: 1 September 2026 Location: Amstelveen What you’ll do : •           Research market trends in AI, edge, and cloud and translate insights into product opportunities. •           Model business objectives, TAM sizing, and price elasticity to keep offerings competitive and profitable. •           Deep dive into product specs, benchmarks, and cost structures to recommend feature roadmaps. •           Communicate product plans and technical battle-cards to direct and channel sales teams. •           Co-create demand-generation campaigns with Marketing, analyzing CAC and funnel conversion. •           Support virtual and in-person sales initiatives, demos, and customer workshops. What you’ll need : •           Currently studying for, or recently completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data/Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing. •           Curiosity about the tech sector plus a basic grasp of Python/SQL, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. •           Strong written and spoken English & Dutch to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. •           Analytical mindset, eagerness to learn modern product-management and go-to-market frameworks. What we’d prefer you bring : •           Eagerness to Learn – a passion for digging into new ML models, pricing strategies, or customer journeys. •           Collaborative Spirit – comfort brainstorming with engineers, marketers, and finance analysts to hit shared goals. •           Openness to Fresh Perspectives – ability to pivot when data or market dynamics change. •           Leadership Mindset – prior roles in hackathons, student clubs, or community projects. •           Hybrid Work Readiness – proven time-management skills across virtual and on-site settings. •           Clear Communication – confidence to present findings, ask incisive questions, and give constructive feedback. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): • Experience with basic marketing analytics or A/B testing. •Familiarity with sales operations or CRM tools.
