Global Performance Monitoring: Analysis, action plan drumbeat, stakeholder management within MRO communities, escalation of deviations, and reporting Priority Management: Driving priority topics within the MRO community to ensure on-time delivery and optimal Turnaround Times (TAT) Crisis Prevention: Anticipating future bottlenecks by maintaining and regularly tracking a list of critical items Interface Function: Serving as the main focal point for the Front Office/RBH/Pool to capture and validate priorities Decision Management: Requesting arbitrations/decisions at the PSO (Program Support Office) level when necessary Analysis: Acting as the central point of contact for providing information and analysis regarding PIL positions, On-Time Release (OTR), and backorders Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Completed Bachelor's degree, e.g., in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in an international company, ideally in Logistics, IT, Manufacturing, and/or Quality Project Management: Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management Soft Skills: High level of commitment and personal drive in problem-solving, alongside conflict management skills in an international environment IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and SAP (EC2) Language Skills: Strong command of both English and German Application Note: Please submit your CV and cover letter in English.
