Job Description
How you’ll make a difference AECOM is seeking an experienced and motivated CAD / Drafting Lead to support the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects across New South Wales. This role will play a critical leadership function within the Highways design team, overseeing drafting quality, standards, digital delivery workflows, and leading and mentoring a team of drafters. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise in civil/highways design documentation with demonstrated leadership and coordination skills, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with AECOM and client requirements.

Please apply, all applications will be considered. 10+ years of experience Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D / AutoCAD Experience working in drafting teams on major infrastructure projects, desirably on major road infrastructure projects in NSW.
