As a Program Manager and member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, you will be in charge of improving and implementing existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. You will focus on optimizing existing processes, implementing established best practices, and managing the execution of standardized operations. Through analysis and process implementation, you will propose improvements to existing processes and execute and manage projects while collaborating with various stakeholders across global and JP departments. You will be required to identify improvement opportunities through analysis of on-site metrics, data, and understanding of operational conditions. You will be expected to optimize existing process flows and manage their execution while building and maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of the key responsibilities include: •Design and implement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, optimize processes, and execute implementation •Align and localize: Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement established processes in JP operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines. •Change and standardize: Establish process procedures and management methods. Drive efficiency
