What you'll do in the role: Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions. Design scaling systems for managing and tracking vulnerability findings and notifying on those findings Leverage AI models to automate and enhance user experience and acceleration in remediating findings Lead multiple teams in designing an end to end solution across multiple platforms then executing the delivery of an enterprise-grade system Develop and maintain a standard of stability, high availability, and operational readiness within your team's development lifecycle What you'll bring to the role: Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives. Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines. Experience in leading team members in planning and pair programming sessions Python and DevOps knowledge along with experience in orchestration platforms such as Kestra and Trino to help with system designing and future builds of the platform At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
