Supply Chain Intern Supply Chain Intern will work directly with the Buyers and functional departments Location: East Farmingdale, NY Pay Rate:  $19 - $22 Your Challenge: Update ORACLE "Promise" Date, as applicable for supplier changes - via approval from Product Line PM      Track open purchase order issues and drive to resolution Track open Supplier purchase order status to ensure supplier delivery commitments remain on time to KTL Provide timely notification to PLT Planners regarding any supplier delivery slippage.                                                        Collaborate with internal resources and suppliers to remedy supplier slippage and/or supplier requests/needs. Maintain and track supplier NCRs and RTV for Supplier Returns. Expedite, as needed, internal stakeholders for supplier   return product. Ensure TR supplied material is sent out from the facility (on time) to support suppliers’ delivery date. Expedite both internal and external stakeholders as needed to resolve procedure submittal, review and approval Your Expertise: US Citizen (only) Computer database experience Knowledge of MS Word and Excel Currently working towards/graduated from a BA in Business or Supply Chain (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
