The Creative Team Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of digital creative assets for Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) across eCommerce, CRM, Paid Media, Social and Brand.com channels. This role combines creative conceptualisation, AI-assisted content creation, design execution, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable creative solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker with expertise in layout design, typography, image composition, branding, and emerging AI-powered creative workflows. They should be capable of transforming creative briefs into compelling campaign assets while mentoring designers and driving creative excellence across the team. What are we looking for? Required Skills • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). • Advanced understanding of Figma and component-based design workflows. • Experience using Generative AI tools for creative production and image generation. • Excellent visual design, layout, typography, colour, and composition skills. • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, CRM, and eCommerce creative formats. • Knowledge of image optimisation, digital production, and accessibility best practices. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors in design • Experience working with premium beauty, luxury, or FMCG brands. • Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) platforms and template-driven production workflows. • Familiarity with localisation and multi-market campaign adaptations. • Experience implementing creative automation, AI-assisted workflows, or scalable design systems. • Experience leading creative teams in a global delivery environment. Roles and Responsibilities: •Creative Direction & Design • Conceptualise and design engaging digital creatives aligned with ELC brand guidelines. • Create original layouts, visual systems, and campaign adaptations for multiple digital touchpoints. • Develop key visuals, hero banners, landing pages, CRM assets, social media creatives, and eCommerce content. • Ensure consistency in typography, imagery, colour, and overall visual language across all deliverables. • Interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling creative solutions with minimal supervision.
AI-Enabled Creative Development • Leverage Generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, Midjourney or equivalent) to accelerate creative production. • Build high-quality AI prompts to generate backgrounds,
