This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.   Position title:  SAP iXp Intern - People & Culture Local Services Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (hybrid) Position Duration:  This internship is intended for a 12-month assignment .

Based on the current project scope, no extension is anticipated. Preference will be given to candidates who are close to completing their undergraduate degree.

Current enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or a related field. Expected graduation within approximately 24 months. Advanced professional English. Proactive, results-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Curious, agile, and proactive mindset; resilient in fast-paced environments and results-oriented.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (plus PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Analytical, structured, and process-oriented thinking; strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines and quality.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
