Production Associate

Weyerhaeuser Company is seeking qualified applicants for several production positions. Our Evergreen Plant is located in Castleberry, AL. This facility's primary products are TJI Joists and Microllam Laminated Veneer Lumber for beam and header applications. Starting rate will be $18.00 per hour. Increases will occur after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period. Key Functions: - Commitment to working safe and following all safety rules and regulations - Start-up and stop equipment - Assist with production line - Clean production area - Sweep and remove debris - Load and unload items from machines - Feed or place items onto equipment for processing - Lubricate equipment - Ability to interpret work instructions - Take instructions from supervisors
