A Brief Overview    Lead the development and execution of RGA's business development strategy across the Middle East and North Africa region to drive sustainable growth, strengthen market positioning, and expand the business mandate. The role is responsible for developing strategic relationships withinsurance company executives and key industry stakeholders, identifying and executing new business opportunities, shaping market-led solutions, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver profitable growth while ensuring alignment with RGA's strategic objectives What you will do    Assess market dynamics, industry trends, regulatory developments and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making and position RGA for long-term growth in the region. Develop and execute business development strategies for the Middle East and North Africa region to generate new opportunities and support achievement of RGA’s business objectives. Lead the identification, origination and conversion of new business opportunities, driving profitable growth across traditional reinsurance, financial solutions, corporate development and emerging market opportunities. Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with insurance company executives and key industry stakeholders to strengthen RGA's market presence and influence. Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the regional business model, developing new capabilities and expanding the scope of services offered within the Middle East and North Africa. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, structure and execute business opportunities and client solutions. Support the development of new products, solutions and initiatives by researching market trends, analysing client requirements and contributing to strategic planning discussions. Develop and maintain market intelligence, including competitor activity, product trends, regulatory developments and client needs, and share insights with relevant stakeholders Assist in structuring, negotiating and executing reinsurance agreements and client solutions that reflect both client and RGA business objectives. Build the RGA brand through business development activities such as industry seminars, client training, benchmarking visits and other market-facing initiaives.

Education   Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Business administration or similar Associate or equivalent of an Internationally recognized Actuarial Institute Work Experience   8+ Years in the insurance industry or international life insurance experience.
