As the Palliative Care Business Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and directing the non-clinical operations of the agency and ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely manner. You are also responsible for ensuring that all administrative support to Clinical Director and data entry functions are operating effectively and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day non-clinical office operations, administrative workflows, filing, mail, phone coverage, and agency support functions Enter, maintain, and audit data in EMR and other operating systems to support accurate census reporting, scheduling, billing, payroll, and timely access to care Support patient and caregiver coordination by verifying insurance information, assisting with authorization needs, scheduling appointments, and communicating with physicians and other
