As a  Credit Relationship Manager  for  JD Financial  located in Johnston, IA, e xisting remote JDF employees may be considered and eligible for remote work with options for relocation to Johnston.

Perform detailed credit underwriting of large, complex, strategic customer relationships for installment, lease and revolving products to make or recommend a credit decision in accordance with internal policies Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, merchants, and internal stakeholders including Sales and the Equipment Division/SABD Spread and consolidate financial statements Determine appropriate finance products and loan structure Establish internal guidance levels (IGLs) and revolving credit limits Present credit recommendations to higher credit authority/credit committee Support Special Assets in collections/workouts Provide leadership and mentorship within a geographic territory

Strong credit underwriting experience Demonstrated ability in advanced financial statement analysis including, but not limited to, balance sheets, income statements/tax returns, statement of cash flow, cash to accrual, etc. Strong relationship building experience Account management experience Negotiating and conflict resolution skills Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs Existing remote JDF employees may be considered and eligible for remote work with options for relocation to Johnston What Makes You Standout

Production ag background Experience with the John Deere dealer network Familiarity with CreditLens Strong familiarity with the John Deere Financial Risk Rating system/guidance and credit policies Knowledge of various John Deere Financial systems, accounting principles and familiarity with agile methodology Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as sales, collections, etc. In depth knowledge of John Deere Financial product offerings

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Agribusiness, or equivalent related work experience
