About this role

Overview

The Manager, Workforce Management (WFM) is responsible for the development, optimization, and evolution of the organizations’ WFM tool. The Manager WFM will create additional return on investment through implementing efficiencies and working with the vendor, local CX, HR, HRIS, Finance and the global IT teams to manage upgrades and enhancements of the company’s labour scheduling and time and attendance platform.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for management of the WFM system, including analysis of configuration and providing support to the business in relation to WFM Take the lead from a WFM perspective on enhancements and upgrades Collaborate internally and externally to identify and advise on technical improvements to ensure system stability and performance enhancement Analyze business information to enhance forecasting, scheduling and time and attendance Ensure effective training and communication in relation to the WFM platform Identify opportunities to optimize solutions, tools and processes Partner with Wages/ Finance, CX and HR teams to identify cost optimization initiatives, i.e., labour studies, methods of tracking of time worked & used to identify gaps and following process improvements to mitigate those risks, improvements to scheduling process, etc. Work with global teams to align WFM strategy and project initiatives Define test scenarios for upgrades and manage user acceptance testing process Ensure effective collaboration with key stakeholders Provide support to field users and super users across all functions Qualifications Min 5-7 years of hands-on experience with workforce management systems, preferably UKG WFM Pro Excellent commercial sense and financial acumen and understanding of workforce planning & management impact on cost Ability to think long-term and translate strategies into actionable plans and tactics Strong working knowledge of WFM components of time, pay, forecasting and scheduling Experience supporting WFM applications Experience in defining processes, test scenarios and executing test plans Commitment to training and development of the platform for future growth Benefits Recognition, inclusion and belonging in a diverse environment 25 holidays and flexible working (hybrid position, in office ~2 days p/w) Employee Discount on in-store and online products Casual Sneaker Culture Learning & Health/Wellbeing programs Career development and growth in an ambitious international team Travel reimbursement Access to premium wellness apps Bike plan and contribution to gym subscription Pension Plan Discounted Collective Health plans Activities organized by our Social Committee #
