About the Role

This is a temporary 6-month position supporting the North America HVAC Sales Compensation Administration team. The Total Rewards Specialist will play a critical role in administering and executing sales incentive compensation processes, ensuring accurate and timely commission payments for employees across the business. This role requires a highly analytical professional with exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage confidential compensation data while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you'll be responsible for: • Supporting monthly and quarterly sales incentive compensation cycles. • Administering compensation programs and supporting the maintenance of participant and plan data within compensation systems. • Preparing, validating, reconciling, and processing commission and incentive calculation files. • Reviewing compensation data and payout calculations to ensure accuracy before payroll submission. • Completing quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Maintaining and overseeing compensation-related data, reporting, documentation, and audit controls. • Addressing inquiries from employees, HR professionals, and business leaders regarding compensation program operations. • Partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support compensation processes. • Managing deadlines, approvals, manual adjustments, exceptions, and prorated payments. • Supporting compliance, governance, confidentiality, and process documentation requirements. • Escalating issues as needed and helping ensure smooth delivery of Total Rewards programs. • Partnering with external vendors when applicable to support effective program administration.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. If this is you, get in touch. As a minimum you must have: • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, data validation, and management of large datasets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and data issues. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Experience handling highly confidential compensation, payroll, or employee data. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, approvals, and audit requirements. • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through. • Ability to learn complex processes and operate effectively in a highly data-driven environment. • Practical knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance Operations, or related business functions. • Advanced English proficiency Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: • Experience in Sales Compensation, Incentive
