Job Description
Performing architectural/engineering calculations. Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables. Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required. Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets. May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project. May review and approve conceptual designs. May assist in the development of new architectural methods and techniques. BIM Model and Drawing production. Design brief compliance, completeness and accuracy. Design coordination within interior design and cross discipline. Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements, applicable codes and design criteria established by project leadership. Preparing, reviewing and approving drawings as required. Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer supplier appropriateness. Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our client needs in collaboration with other disciplines.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements Very good knowledge of English and Polish. University degree in Architecture. Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience. Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior design practice. Software proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe. Experience in all project phases from predesign through project closeout. Experience with international clients or with international companies.
