In this role, you'll play a critical part in helping businesses and consumers access payment solutions by making accurate and timely credit decisions that balance growth, risk, and customer experience. Your work will directly influence client confidence, support responsible lending practices, and protect the integrity of the payments ecosystem. Drive accurate credit decisions that help clients grow confidently while maintaining strong risk management standards and protecting business performance. Deliver exceptional customer outcomes by resolving credit-related inquiries efficiently, creating positive experiences for cardholders, merchants, and clients. Identify and mitigate potential fraud risks by applying sound judgment and established credit policies to safeguard customers and the business. Strengthen operational excellence by ensuring credit applications are reviewed thoroughly and decisions are made with accuracy, consistency, and quality. Build trusted client relationships through dependable service, contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business success.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience delivering customer service or supporting clients in a fast-paced environment. Ability to evaluate information, apply established guidelines, and make accurate decisions with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally. A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous learning. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service expectations. Flexible to work in shifting/rotational schedules Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City It's a bonus if you have Experience in credit, financial services, banking, fraud prevention, or risk-related functions. Knowledge of credit bureaus, credit reporting, or credit application review processes. Experience working across multiple systems and supporting multiple clients in a high-volume environment.
