Summary: We are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Salesforce CRM Platform to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Salesforce-based CRM capabilities that enable customer engagement, commercial operations, and business process transformation. This role will be responsible for shaping and evolving the Salesforce platform as a strategic product, ensuring it delivers scalable, integrated, and user-centered solutions aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of product management expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, technical fluency, and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to work across business and technology teams in a complex enterprise environment. This role is critical to driving platform modernization, adoption, operational excellence, and long-term CRM value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce CRM platform and related capabilities. Partner with commercial, sales, marketing, service, operations, data, architecture, security, and engineering teams to understand priorities and translate them into product outcomes. Manage the Salesforce CRM platform as a strategic enterprise product, balancing business demand, technical sustainability, user experience, and platform scalability. Lead discovery and prioritization for CRM enhancements across areas such as customer onboarding, account management, lead management, opportunity management, service workflows, case management, consent, and customer engagement processes. Translate business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and technical backlog items for delivery teams. Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, integration teams, and QA partners to ensure effective design and execution. Drive improvements across Salesforce ecosystem capabilities, including configuration, customization, integrations, data quality, workflow automation, reporting, and user adoption. Partner with enterprise architecture and engineering teams on platform modernization, release planning, environment strategy, and technical debt reduction. Ensure CRM capabilities integrate effectively with adjacent enterprise platforms such as marketing automation, data platforms, ERP, MDM, service tools, and analytics solutions. Use business metrics, platform usage insights, and customer feedback to guide roadmap decisions and continuous improvement. Support Agile delivery practices including backlog management, sprint planning, dependency management, release readiness, and stakeholder communications. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, privacy, security, and data stewardship standards, especially in regulated environments. Manage external vendors, implementation partners, and global delivery teams where applicable. Mentor team members and contribute to broader CRM product management and platform governance best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, CRM platform leadership, or enterprise applications. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM platform capabilities, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related ecosystem tools. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, integrations, workflow automation, security model, and release lifecycle.
