What will you do as a Fullstack Data & AI Developer (Microsoft Fabric) at Sealed Air?
As part of our Enterprise Data & Analytics team, you will help build a modern, enterprise-scale data platform leveraging Microsoft Fabric. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work across the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to analytics and business consumption—using medallion architecture principles (Bronze/Silver/Gold). You will combine data engineering and analytics capabilities to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions, while leveraging AI-assisted development and modern cloud technologies to accelerate delivery. This role requires a self-starter mindset, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, define solutions, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. Why do we need you?
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Dataflows, Notebooks) Implement and evolve medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for reliable and trusted data Develop efficient data transformations using Python, PySpark, and SQL with a focus on performance and readability Ingest and integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, files, structured and unstructured data) Collaborate with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into data solutions and insights Design and deliver analytics-ready datasets, including semantic models and Power BI reporting assets Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot or similar) to improve speed and productivity Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve data pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability What do you need to succeed?
Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL Solid experience with modern data platforms within the Azure ecosystem (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) Hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines and data transformation workflows Understanding of data modeling concepts and medallion architecture principles Experience working with notebooks and
