Our Logistics and Warehouse teams play a critical role in supporting manufacturing, service, and customer operations through the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of materials and equipment. Partner with the best As a Warehouse Coordinator , you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support operational and production requirements. You will ensure efficient warehousing, packing, shipping, and material handling activities while maintaining compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and Baker Hughes quality and HSE procedures. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will: Coordinating the flow of materials between suppliers, customers, warehouses, and operational teams. Maintaining efficient material handling processes for incoming and outgoing goods within the warehouse and yard. Packing, marking, and shipping materials in accordance with NOG 116 requirements and customer specifications. Ensuring traceability and accurate documentation of all shipped goods. Handling materials in compliance with customer agreements, company procedures, and safety standards. Performing inventory and logistics transactions using Oracle ERP and other company systems. Supporting production and operational schedules through effective planning and coordination of material movements. Maintaining compliance with Baker Hughes Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures. Fuel your passion Essential Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and material handling practices. Experience with packing, shipping, and transportation documentation requirements. Good understanding of inventory management and ERP systems, preferably Oracle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Qualifications & Experience To be successful in this role you will: Have experience within the Oil & Gas industry or a related industrial environment. Have completed a Logistics apprenticeship, certification, or equivalent vocational qualification. Have a valid Forklift Certificate (T1, T2, T4), with T8 certification preferred. Have an Overhead Crane (G11) certification. Have completed a Packing Course NOG116 or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge. Have experience with warehouse management, logistics coordination, or material control activities. Have strong computer skills and experience using ERP systems. Have the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and operational environment.
