We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team in North Apollo, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of quality and service. Lead, supervise, and motivate team members during assigned shifts, setting a positive example through adherence to all company policies and procedures Manage all aspects of shift operations, including staffing schedules, task delegation, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal productivity Oversee cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling procedures to maintain financial accuracy and minimize waste Maintain detailed paperwork and documentation, ensuring all records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company standards Develop and implement training programs for team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support their professional growth Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met and addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency Resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with transparency and fairness, promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace that reflects our brand standards and meets all regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment Strong proficiency in team management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation Demonstrated expertise in cost control, budget management, and financial accountability Solid understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail Proficiency in time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Experience with point-of-sale systems and operational software (preferred) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or business-related certification is a plus Customer service excellence with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding experiences Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and make decisive decisions under pressure Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Additional Information · Depth perception · Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces Temperaments · The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions Physical Requirements including, but not limited to the following: Standing · Most tasks are performed from a standing position Walking · For short distances for short durations Lifting · Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck · Deliveries may
