This position requires the Lead Operating Engineer to be on-site.  Schedule: 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday + rotating on-call (1 week on call every 6 weeks) What your day-to-day will look like:       Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to :   painting, pressure   washing ,   maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts ,   plumbing,   HVAC   systems,   water treatment,   locksmith work   and general maintenance   (as allowed by licensing requirements)   Assist in supervising and implement ing   the preventative maintenance program   Maintain   work order system   (CMMS)   daily and complete any tenant service requests    Assist in providing training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of Engineering team   Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)   Troubleshoot all building systems, including electric al , DDC   and pneumatic controls   Comply with all safety procedures   Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs   Other projects and tasks to be   assigned       On-site presence required    Complete job description available on JLL's internal portal      Required qualifications:   3 -5   years of related work experience, especially in   repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry   Trade school   education , union training, military service or college is   desirable   Universal CFC EPA certification   or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)   Leadership/supervisory experience   Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs   Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall   Ability to frequently climb, bend, knee l , lift and/or drive   Strong customer service skills   This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 87,360.00 – 91,520.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
