Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. ABOUT THE ROLE
As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Director of Business Operations to build and optimize the operational infrastructure that powers our business. This is a unique opportunity to shape the systems, processes, and data foundation that enable our commercial organization to grow efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for creators, advertisers, and partners. The Director of Business Operations is a strategic leader responsible for the operational infrastructure that supports our advertising and creator monetization business. This role owns the systems and cross-functional workflows that power the revenue lifecycle—from sales through campaign execution, billing, reporting, and business intelligence. Beyond managing our core business systems, this candidate will define the long-term strategy for our operational data ecosystem, building a centralized, trusted source of truth across products, inventory, sales, revenue, and performance data. Working closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership, you'll help build the operational foundation that enables our next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building scalable infrastructure, and transforming data into actionable business insights. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Business Systems Own the strategy, administration, and optimization of Salesforce, our Order Management System (OMS), and other revenue technology platforms. Design and improve workflows spanning opportunity management, order processing, campaign launch, invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting. Partner with internal teams to prioritize systems integrations, automation, and platform enhancements. Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve operational efficiency and business scalability. Maintain system integrity, user permissions, documentation, and governance across all operational platforms. Business Operations & Process Excellence Design and implement scalable operational processes that support rapid business growth. Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the commercial organization. Drive operational readiness for new products, partnerships, pricing models, and revenue streams. Data Strategy & Operational Intelligence Develop and own the long-term strategy for a centralized business operations and sales team data platform. Build a scalable operational data hub that unifies product, inventory, sales, and performance data across systems. Establish standardized business metrics and reporting definitions across the organization.
