6-8 years of experience in network security At least 4 years’ experience on Palo Alto firewalls & VPN Certification on Palo Alto firewalls Good knowledge on ticketing tools. Such as Remedy, CA and ServiceNow tools Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting remote VPN & site to site VPN issues. Should have experience and knowledge in configuration of firewall for site to site and remote VPN features. Should be able to handle L1, L2 Level tickets per SLAs.
