Multi-INT Collection Manager The Opportunity: As a Collections Manager, you will help guide the Air Force in determining and addressing questions efficiently and effectively. As an operationally-focused subject matter expert, your knowledge of the collections management process and intelligence cycle will be integral to identifying relevant and timely collection requirements, as well as designing strategies and leveraging resources to address these requirements to support the Air Force mission. As a Collections Manager within our team, you will assist clients in comprehending and implementing the most effective strategies to acquire the data required to meet their objectives. Drawing upon your expertise in collection platform capabilities and applications, you will guide clients in the development of comprehensive collection strategies that integrate information from intelligence sources, including GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, CI / HUMINT, and OSINT, to facilitate intelligence production in support of operations. You will validate collected information and employ collection analysis tradecraft to refine and enhance collection strategies addressing both existing and emerging problem sets for warfighters, senior policy makers, internal clients, and stakeholders across the U.S. Intelligence Community. You Have: 6+ years of experience utilizing collection management information systems and the tasking lifecycle, including tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination ( TCPED ) 6+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings 6+ years of experience with Intermediate Target Development ( ITD ) Experience with target list management Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or Joint Targeting Ability to collaborate with intelligence analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches Ability to liaise with partners across the IC and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in collection management, Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in collection management, or 10+ years of experience in collection management in lieu of a degree Completion of a DoD Certified Collection Managers Course Nice If You Have: Experience with airborne, commer cia l, and national collection management and throughput Experience with GIMS Experience using intelligence automated systems and tools Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing senior leadership Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.
