Job Overview
Analyze demand, implement MRP plan and control inventory levels with the objective of of ensuring cost-effective and on-time delivery of goods from suppliers and to end-customers within the supervision of planning section manager.
The role ensures material availability, production continuity, and fulfillment of customer requirements.
Job Requirements
Materials requirement planning (MRP) implementation - Implement Materials requirement planning for inter-company in order to meet the operation requirements. Ship to Request (STR) Fulfillment and Improvement - Work with demand planner/buyer to make sure raw material is full kit when runing factory order (FO) - Push engineering or quality issue solution to avoid delivery impact - Keep good communication with production line leader for delivery commitment Past Due Request (PDR) Management - Keep good communication with demand planner to order's - Work with production liner to follow priority to complete FG on time Earned Hours (EH) fulfillment - Ensure materials preparation per EH request - Work with productiton liner to make sure the planned EH target can be completed. Act as the central liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely material planning and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and engineering teams to align material availability with production schedules
Manage customer demand changes, including order pull-ins and lead time reductions.
Monitor and resolve material shortages, production constraints, and supply risks.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

What your background should look like
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain, in a manufacturing environment. Experience dealing directly with customers and suppliers is added advantage. Familiar with SAP system. Works in a high urgency environment under very limited supervision. Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
