Senior Warehouse Associate

This position typically starts at $20-$22 per hour and works primarily day shift during weekdays typically (at times will work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays). Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. The Senior Warehouse Associate serves as the lead hourly operator and on-floor subject matter expert for warehouse activities, responsible for coordinating daily receiving, inventory control, requisition fulfillment, internal distribution, and warehouse workflow execution. This role extends beyond task completion and includes real-time prioritization, issue resolution, training support, procedural reinforcement, and oversight of control-sensitive activities in a regulated casino environment. The Senior Associate acts as the bridge between frontline execution and supervisory oversight, helping ensure that work is completed accurately, efficiently, safely, and in alignment with internal controls, service expectations, and operational deadlines.
