To support the continued growth of our Wealth Management business, we are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to help advance our business intelligence capabilities through enterprise reporting, analytics, forecasting, and automation. In this role, you will partner with Wealth Management leaders, Product teams, Finance, Data Engineering, and Technology partners to design and deliver scalable reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making. You will transform complex business questions into meaningful insights, robust KPI frameworks, and executive-ready dashboards that help shape business strategy and performance. This role may be based in one of Voya’s office locations or performed remotely, depending on business needs, team alignment, and candidate location. If aligned to a Voya office, the role may follow a hybrid work model with a combination of in-office and remote work. The Contributions You’ll Make: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and KPI measurement frameworks. Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions that support Wealth Management business objectives. Integrate data across multiple enterprise systems and data sources to create trusted business insights. Develop and optimize SQL queries supporting reporting, analytics, and performance measurement needs. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, business opportunities, and performance drivers. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and governance. Deliver executive-level reporting and data storytelling that supports strategic decision making. Support future-state forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled reporting initiatives. Minimum Knowledge & Experience: 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data-focused roles. Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboard design, data modeling, and visualization best practices. Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. Experience supporting cloud-based data environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or comparable platforms. Experience integrating multiple
