This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technology Manager for AI Platform to lead the strategy, delivery, and governance of our enterprise‑wide AI and generative AI platforms and agents. As one of the world’s largest and most regulated financial institutions, we are rapidly scaling the use of AI across thousands of applications, employees, and business processes. This Sr. Manager will be responsible for building and operating enterprise‑grade AI capabilities , establishing robust governance, and ensuring safe, compliant, and value‑driven adoption of AI across all lines of business. This role requires a visionary leader in the areas AI platforms, multi‑model architectures, Copilot Studio governance, Power Platform scale, secure by design engineering, and executive stakeholder management . The ideal candidate brings both strategic and hands-on leadership experience , with proven success driving platform adoption at global scale while partnering closely with Technology, Risk, Security, Compliance, and Business Executives. Developer Experience (DevEx) provides enterprise technical standards and common technical services, platforms, and tools that are leveraged by delivery teams across all BofA lines of business. We lead the solution design of those common services, platforms, and tools within our portfolio. With a strong sense of ownership for both personal deliverables and value stream goals, we perform role functions including:

Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed
