The opportunity As part of our Insurance Risk Consulting team, you will work with leading insurers across Greece and Europe on projects that span:
Insurance business and operating model optimization Insurance claims, underwriting, policy administration and distribution optimization Insurance process redesign and operational excellence initiatives Insurance enterprise-wide transformation programs and PMO support Insurance Business requirements gathering and business analysis Insurance Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation Insurance regulatory and governance-driven initiatives
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will help clients solve complex business challenges, translate strategy into execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Our business model ensures that:

Your key responsibilities
Participate in the delivery of operational improvement projects for insurance clients.
Analyze insurance business processes, operating models and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities. Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders. Support project planning, governance, delivery tracking, and risk management activities. Conduct market research, benchmarking and business analysis to generate actionable insights. Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into executive-ready presentations and recommendations. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and technology teams. Support proposal development and business development activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
Skills and attributes for success
1–8 years of professional experience in insurance companies and intermediaries, Management consulting firms, Transformation or PMO functions, Business analysis roles, Operations improvement teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, other relevant disciplines. Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Insurance operations Claims management Underwriting operations Distribution and sales operations Operating model design Process optimization Business transformation Program or project management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to structure complex issues and develop pragmatic solutions. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills. Strong attention to detail
