Job Description The Customer Collaboration Analyst will provide supply chain leadership in order to partner with the supply chains of strategic, cross-business unit customers to improve service levels through direct contact and data exchange.
Directly interface with strategic customers on forecast and supply. Create and present a monthly S&O. Resolve supply related issues for products. Improve service and customer supply score card ratings. Work with customer to improve supply costs and inventory turns. Plays key role in new product launches from concept to completion. Interface weekly with customer to understand forecast changes and needs and communicate throughout the Novolex organization. Analyzes past and present sales and trends to anticipate needs and prevent constraints. Resolve new business opportunities for products. Resolve packaging issues that interrupt Pactiv’s ability to supply product.
Qualifications
BA/BS required with emphasis in sales, supply chain planning or operations management preferred 5+ years of sales, business, or supply chain experience Ability to establish and maintain direct customer relationships Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently Strong oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and financial skills Strong computer literacy – SAP, Blue Yonder, and Microsoft Office preferred Ability to travel 20%-40%
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000 - $111,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
