Guest Relations Supervisor

Guest Relations Supervisor is responsible to maintain consistent high level of service. Guest Relations Supervisor manages the needs of VIP and long-stay guests and informs other team members of VIP/long-stay Guest needs in order to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Supports the reception when appropriate. Manages the queque at the reception area when required. Offers Welcome Drinks and welcome towels to the guests on arrival, at departure.
